Adam grew up in Kingston upon Hull and has always been fascinated by wildlife and woodlands. As a
kid he always dreamed of running off to live with the trees with a drawing sketchbook in hand. After
leaving college he volunteered at a local cemetery, which gave him a newfound passion for working
outdoors and helping the local environment.
Having grown up next to the Humber, he feels a connection to the rivers and the sea. Now joining
the Riverlution team in 2025 as a level 2 apprentice countryside worker, he gets to learn new skills
while playing an important role in looking after our waterways and having a positive impact on the
community.
