Ava is our Administration Officer and a proud apprentice who grew up in Sheffield, developing a deep appreciation for the beauty of the city. Even before finishing secondary school, she was passionate about environmental activism, taking a leading role in the fight against climate change. Ava regularly participated in climate strikes, raising awareness and inspiring others to join the cause. As the leader of her school’s climate change board, she organized campaigns and implemented eco-friendly initiatives.
Before starting her career with us, Ava volunteered at a charity shop, food bank, and with Soroptimist International, making a positive impact in her community. At the charity shop, she organized donations, while at the food bank, she prepared parcels for families in need. With Soroptimist International, she worked to empower women and promote gender equality.
Ava believes in the importance of protecting the environment, especially the landscapes and rivers around her. She is particularly passionate about river conservation, understanding their vital role in ecosystems and clean water supply. Ava actively promotes river preservation, encouraging others to reduce pollution and safeguard these natural resources. Her commitment to environmental stewardship drives her to take action through clean-up efforts, awareness campaigns, and advocating for sustainable practices in her community.
